Refund Limitations

Refunds are not available for orders that have already been completed or are in the process of being fulfilled. Refunds are also not applicable for issues outside of PAK BIG SMM’s control, such as changes in social media platform policies.

Credit Adjustments

In lieu of a cash refund, PAK BIG SMM may offer a credit to the client's account for future services, at the company's discretion.

Orders Refund

Order made through PAK BIG SMM are final. Refunds or cancellations are not possible post-order, except in cases where an order is undeliverable, in which case a credit will be issued to your PAK BIG SMM account.

Incorrect or private accounts

Orders will not be eligible for refunds. It's crucial to verify each order before placing it.

Fraudulent Activity

Any fraudulent activities, like using stolen credit cards, will result in immediate account termination. No exceptions will be made.

When you place second order on same link while your first order is in progress so you are own responsible.
